One of
CCD's major initiatives is the expansion of our base within
Europe. Charles Heck, member
of the CCD Board of Directors, has worked tirelessly to expand
this network, largely through in-person visits throughout
the continent. Since his visits to Europe on behalf of CCD,
Heck has issued two reports summarizing his work. These reports
are available below.
Following
up to Heck's work CCD Board of Directors member Jonathan
Davidson will be going to Europe in April of 2007. His
work, along with Heck's, will assist in identifying participants
for CCD's European Regional Roundtable in June 2007. The
Regional Roundtable will help establish the European Network
of civil society that CCD has been working towards for years.
