Lyuba Wolf went to Stanford University where she pursued a degree in International Relations.  Having emigrated from the former Soviet Union in 1990, she grew up near Portland, Oregon.  Within international relations, her interests include the Middle East, democratic development, as well as energy policy. Lyuba just came back from studying abroad at Ben Gurion University in Israel. Lyuba is hoping to write her thesis about the newly established Community of Democracies.
