Dirk Hazell

Mr. Hazell has been Chief Executive of the Environmental Services Association since July 1999 having previously represented the international capital market. The Conservative Party's Regional Chairman for London, he is also Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Forum. A member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs and an Honorary Citizen of Irving, Texas, he is also a Fellow of the 21st Century Trust and an Associate of St George's House, Windsor Castle.
