Henry E. Mattox, Ph.D., is a retired U. S. Foreign Service officer, during which his tenure included seven posts abroad. Mattox is also the Editor, on the online journal "American Diplomacy" (http://americandiplomacy.org). Dr. Mattox was also a Fulbright professor in Nigeria in 1989 and 1990, as well as a visiting professor at various Universities from 1985 to 2000. He has published the works, "Twilight of Amateur Diplomacy," "Army Football in 1945," and most recently "World Terrorism: 1901-2001."
