Charles W.T. Stephenson

Charles Stephenson was born in 1935 near London, England. He was educated at the Dragon School, Oxford, with high school in British Colombia and Chicago. He received a B.Sc. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and a J.D. form Yale Law School. After private practice, he spent 30 years as a lawyer in Washington with the U.S. foreign aid program.
