Miller
Upton is President Emeritus,
Beloit College. Additionally, Upton served as Chairman
and CEO of Federal Union, Inc. and as Chairman of the United
States National Commission for UNESCO. He also led
the U.S. Delegation to the 18th General Conference
of UNESCO in Paris. Miller Upton earned his PhD from
Northwestern University.
