Mr. Zim is an International Affairs Consultant in the Washington, DC area. He is a former Washington correspondent and Asian Bureau Chief for Time magazine, and a former contributing editor of Fortune magazine. He also lectured on Foreign Correspondence at the New School for Social Research in New York.
