Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the Community of Democracies

From the 14-17 of November 2007, participants gathered at the Fourth Ministerial of the Community of Democracies in Bamako, Mali.  The four day conference brought together participants from more than 100 countries and democratic activists to discuss the state of democracy in the world and proposals to advance global democracy.
