The Mark Palmer Prize: A Behind the Scenes Glimpse

On July 1, at the Sixth Ministerial Meeting of the Community of Democracies in Vilnius, Lithuania, seven diplomats from around the world were honored for their contributions in the field of advancing democracy. The seven inaugural recipients of the Mark Palmer Prize were presented with lithographs created by New York Academy of Art alumnus Ard Berge (MFA 1997) and were printed by John Volk, an Academy graduate from 1998.
