William E. Brock III

Mr. Brock was Senator from Tennessee from 1963 to 1970 after serving in the House from 1957-62. He was Chairman of the Republican National Committee from 1971-77 then served as U.S. Trade Representative until selected by President Reagan as Secretary of Labor. He is chairman emeritus of the National Endowment for Democracy.
