Rosalind Elphick recently completed a BA with majors in Law, Media and Business French and Translation. At present she is completing her LLB at the University of Cape Town and looks forward to commencing her Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies next year. Rosalind is a member of the South African Washington Internship for the summer.
