Vi Raymond

Vi Raymond has been active in numerous civic organizations, many of which she has been Chairman of the Board, including the School for the Handicapped and the Speech and Language Center.  She has also been involved in many other civic groups that focus on democratic enhancement.  Mrs. Raymond's career in the field started as an officer for the U.S. State Department.
